A Times-Herald Special Report- Election 2002
In late January the Parliament gave President Donle a vote of no confidence. People across the nation saw this strictly as a political move for the new Prime Minister, Joan Younger.

Donle responded by calling for fresh elections in both houses of Parliament. So the stage is set for a bitter campaign and what we predict a close election in Parliament.

The River District- Could this swing the Election?
In all past elections, the River District in the north part of Bay Harbor City has been the only district that voted for the party that would win the race. Every party leader will be watching this race closely.
